Thames Valley School is pleased to announce the final stages of our new site, based at Hill Brow, Reading.

The new TVS Hill Brow site will see pupils in two cohorts:

• Early Years Foundation Stage - we welcome 6 pupils in September 2024 under the guidance of our EYFS teacher and EYFS Learning Mentor Team.
• Key Stage 3 – we welcome 6 pupils in September 2024 under the guidance of our Head of Centre for teaching and our KS3 Learning Mentor Team.

The cohorts of pupils will be taught in appropriately designed environments, fully resourced and mirroring the classrooms and facilities of Thames Valley School, Tilehurst. 

The Hill Brow site will continue to grow over the next 3 years and support the education of pupils in the Reading area, in partnership with Brighter Futures for Children, who have commissioned and funded the new facility to meet the demand of local children with Educational Health Care Plans. All our pupils have a primary diagnosis of ASD and will be supported by the wider staff team including that of the therapeutic and transdisciplinary teams of Thames Valley School.
